Our Chocolatier Australia Shops service begins from the moment you place your order. Your items are packed with bubble wrap for protection to arrive in perfect condition.
Please note that chocolate is a temperamental product that is very prone to melting at even the slightest temperature rise. It is at the customers discretion when deciding to post during warmer months and to locations where the heat may affect the product. This is out of our control.
All orders are shipped by Australia Post, Express Parcel Delivery. We also provide delivery in the local Melbourne area, please contact us to arrange this.
Please allow 2-3 business days for shipping. Your shipping charge will vary depending on the amount of your order. You will be
supplied a tracking number to track your shipment. If you can not track your
delivery please contact us. We may also encourage not to ship over the weekend in order to ensure premium quality upon arrival.
The Australian climate can be harsh at certain times of the year and because temperatures vary across the country we encourage customers to provide an address where someone will be home or a work place to receive the package.
Unfortunately Chocolatier Australia Shops and its carriers are unable to provide an exact day of the delivery and/or time. If you are unsure if you will be available at the delivery address during the normal business hours, we recommend nominating a work address or address of a family member who will be present during the delivery hours.
Please note that risk for loss or damaged products passes onto the customer upon delivery of the product(s).
